We had an amazing time at this beachfront hotel. the pool was lovely and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the great selection of fruit. Our room had a hot tub on the balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. the staff was extremely helpful and gave us advice on which bus to take.
The wifi was only available in the lobby which caused some inconvenience when trying to communicate with our friends.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and beach location was fantastic.
Our room was quite small, balcony was unusable and had no window to see out of.

The private hot tub on the room balcony was amazing. The rooms were very big and spacious and comfortable. The location was good in the hotel zone.
No wifi in the room, only on the beach and in the lobby. The hotel staff were somewhat rude when we tried having a guest in the room. I was not accustomed to being asked to prepay for the room in full upon arrival.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. With access to both the street and the beach, it's the perfect spot for beach lovers and those who want to explore the area. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience enjoyable. The hotel offers basic amenities that are necessary for a comfortable stay, such as a lovely pool and a swim-up bar with a decent drink selection.
While there were some minor issues with the room, overall, the hotel provided a pleasant stay.

I loved the feel of this small boutique hotel nestled in between all the mongo hotels. The staff was so welcoming of our family. So nice not to be a number and get to see the same friendly faces every day. We also loved the breakfast. The rooms were lovely with a great Mexican feel to them and the view and location is unrivaled. We cannot wait to go back!

Upgraded without extra charge to a huge multi-level suite with great oceanfront view. Friendly staff. Nice location on beach yet walking distance from shopping mall, restaurants, etc.
Hotel is aging rapidly, even crumbling in places, e.g. several leaks from ceiling during rainstorm, bath tub had no stopper. Driveway dangerous in rain (even according to taxi drivers!). Few services. Has the feel of a once respectable or even elegant dowager now in its tatty, sad final years.

The beachfront location was fantastic, with easy access to both the main road and the beach. . the pool, although small, was lovely and provided a refreshing escape from the heat. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our romantic escape.
The rooms were disappointing and dated, with uncomfortable beds and limited space. . the hotel only offered wifi in the reception area, which was inconvenient for those wanting to connect from their rooms.

The hotel provides great value for money with free upgrades and beautiful views of the beach and ocean from the rooms. The staff are extremely helpful, offering advice on transportation and even helping guests find unique treasures like a shark's tooth!
All was satisfactory, no complaints.

The hotel is directly on the beach (like the others in the Zona Hotelera) there's a pool and a little parking. The check out is at noon and the staff seems kind. We stayed just for a night.
Expecially from the road it's possible to confuse the hotel with the Avalon (same management but premium hotel), the staff don't know exactly how the rooms works (lights and a/c), and the a/c could not be turned off from the room. I'v seen only terrace bath on the steet side, I'm not sure there were on the beach front side.
